Located in Jerusalem’s prestigious Talbiya neighborhood, this apartment was designed exclusively as a guest residence. With no permanent residents, the space functions as a private boutique suite dedicated entirely to hosting family and friends.

The design approach focused on creating a universally welcoming atmosphere, a space where every guest can arrive and immediately feel a sense of ease, familiarity, and quiet vacation living. Free from personal references, the apartment becomes a refined and neutral canvas for hospitality.

Spanning 90 m² with a 34 m² terrace, the apartment is shaped by a warm contemporary language that feels light, relaxed, and inviting. A carefully balanced palette introduces subtle color while maintaining an overall sense of calm, supported by furniture and textiles that combine softness with quiet elegance.

The layout includes two spacious guest bedrooms, spa-inspired bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for comfort and effortless use. Every element was considered to support a seamless hosting experience for both short and extended stays.
